It was September 26, 2009, when typhoon Ondoy had fiercely struck the country which left many lost lives and properties. However, amidst the storm, our modern heroes did not take the casualties for granted. These heroes were the rescuers, volunteers’ military men and many others who took the risk to save the lives of the victims.
  

    At the Sta. Cruz Savings and Development Cooperative, the spirit of sharing the goodness is within us. We devoted to share fifty thousand pesos (Php 50,000.00) cash donation from our fund and through the help of our members. Accompanying the material thing that we gave were the passion to serve and the passion to care to our fellowmen. These serve as our main ingredients that made our daily activities taste good.
  

     SACDECO family has a strong advocacy for wholehearted service to our fellowmen. And this calls for a committed participation from every member, officer and staff.
    

     Serve God…serve our fellowmen…be a hero in our own way…as the Bible puts it “It is God Himself Who has made us what we are and given us new life from Jesus Christ; and long ages ago He planned that we should spend these lives in helping others.”
