August 8, 2008 was the date when a branch of Sta. Cruz Savings and Development Cooperative was born at the municipality of Bangar. One year is quiet short for Bangar Branch. Bangar Branch is now celebrating its 1st anniversary, joined by our dear Congressman Eng. Jose R Ping-ay and the rest of our board of directors, together with the SACDECO staff headed by our energetic and dynamic general manager Mrs. Eva Garnace - Borja, and Mr. Conrado Alvarez the branch manager of Bangar. It was also supported by the heartwarming member of Bangar Branch. The program was started at 9:00 in the morning with a thanksgiving mass and a renewal of blessing. the officers were also there giving inspirational messages.
